Cancellation & Refund Policy

Standard Reservation Policy
• A valid payment method is required to guarantee all reservations.
• Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy
• Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival may incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Early departures may attract charges for reserved but unused nights.

Refund Processing
• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

Peak Season & Special Events
• During festivals, long weekends, weddings, and special events, bookings may be non-refundable and non-amendable.

Force Majeure
• The hotel shall not be liable for disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control.
